Define the intended load
Record the contents, weight, shape and carrying time. A smooth product and an item with sharp corners create different stresses. Paper weight alone does not establish the performance of a finished bag.
Include handles and the base
Handle attachment, reinforcement, seams and base folds work together. Load the assembled bag and review how the contents sit, whether handles feel comfortable and where stress concentrates.
Match the conditions
Dry indoor carrying, humidity and repeated handling can produce different results. Agree test conditions and acceptance criteria that reflect the intended use instead of relying on an undocumented lifting demonstration.
Keep a reference
Identify the tested construction, sample and load. If paper, adhesive, handles or dimensions change, review whether the original result still applies. A sample test should not become an unlimited carrying guarantee.
