Start with your product
A stock sample can help screen size or format. A plain structural sample addresses fit and assembly. Printed samples and production-representative samples address different questions about artwork and materials.
Review the options
State whether the priority is shape, color, finish, sealing, filled-pack behavior or transit. One sample does not automatically validate every part of the order.
Confirm before approval
Record sample type, limitations, changes and approval. Confirm which reference and specification are carried into production and how later revisions will be reviewed.
