Corrugated board combines liners and a fluted medium. Liner finish, flute, construction, dimensions and the way a box is assembled all influence the final pack; flute names do not establish a finished box rating.
Review the options
Specify product weight, stacking, handling and the complete internal arrangement. Inserts, tape and closure are part of the review, as are the space and equipment used at the packing bench.
Confirm before approval
Agree the validation method for the actual distribution conditions. Request the relevant board specification and inspect print, fold and closure behavior with a loaded sample.
